Pattern Play I think I have a problem that has quickly turned into an obsession…Dresses! Dresses are my go to in the summer …ok who am I kidding ALL the time! They are easy, keep me cool, and you can style them a million different ways! Case in point this amazing Eliza J Dress (another obsession is this brand). I love how they mixed floral and stripes with this dress, it gives the cutest look and adds a ton of character. One of the things that I have noticed about this brand (other than the pockets) are how well-crafted their line is! The attention to detail is amazing and I just can’t get over how beautiful each and every one of their designs is!
To change up the styling of this dress I seem to wear once a week I decided to spice this outfit up with a bright teal blazer and bold accessories. I really hate wearing my glasses, so I was hoping that these sudden pops of color would distract from my glasses and bright red allergy eyes! I swear since moving to Dallas my allergies have been full blown crazy, has anyone else suffered this year??
Not to brag on myself here but I am really happy with how well this busy outfit actually flows. I feel like all the craziness going on actually works and brings out different features of the dress/outfit, I was so excited when a woman in Hobby Lobby stopped me to tell me how fashionable I was, it's random kindness like this that I love, especially since I was feeling a bit self-conscious in my glasses!
