This dress has been something I have obsessed about for a little less than a year. When I first saw it
on the beautiful Carrie Colbert here, omg she so sweetly announced her pregnancy in this dress I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately, the dress at full price was well out of my normal allowance for a dress. So I patiently stalked it until it went to the Outnet and they had it on sale for about 75%-80% off, and luckily the last size available was my size! I always keep an eye out at the end of a season to see if any of my favorite pieces make it to the clearance section. 9/10 they do you just have to be aware of the places to check. I always search The Outnet and the sale section of high-end retailers (Nordstrom, Neimans).
I am planning on wearing this dress for our engagement photos but I was just so inspired by Carrie C. Instagram photo in front of the beautiful West Village mural I had to recreate it for myself. I also love how perfectly it goes with my favorite Kat Maconie shoes that were just restocked in ALL sizes!
