How was everyones weekend?  Mine was jam packed!  I feel like I was busy from Friday to Sunday night!

After work Friday I caught up with one of my bestie over cheap margaritas and Mexican food.  Sometimes there is nothing better than unwinding over a few cocktails and some greasy food!

Saturday was spent at the movies where I drug Ryan to see Beauty and the Beast!  I absolutely LOVED it, I don't know if I can say the same for the Mr. but he tolerated it like a champ!  The weather was lovely so we decided to grab drinks at the rooftop bar of Alamo Draft House.  It seriously is one of my favorite places to grab a drink these days.

We decided to shoot this look after the movie and I have to confess I wore it two days in a row... sorry not sorry!  I love that this outfit is effortless and functional.  Plus bell sleeves and bell bottoms pretty much make this look perfect.  This top is also super cute tucked into a skirt or worn with shorts!  I think it will be on repeat all summer long!

After the movie I headed out to a friends house for a girls night filled with makeup lessons, cocktails and pizza.  I seriously can't remember the last time I had a girls night!  We talked and played in makeup until I basically couldn't keep my eyes open anymore!

Sunday we slept in and went to the farmers market.  If you haven't ever been I highly recommend going.  It is every weekend Friday through Sunday and they have everything from fresh veggies to vintage finds.  The boho market was also running so they had some extra vendors there with some super cute things!

I hope everyone has a great Monday!

P.S. Can we talk about this wall mural?!  Some might be a little confused by it, but I have to be real here, I love it.  Dallas and JFK sort of have a history... and a bad one at that!  But for me this wall reminds me of my mother.  When she was a child she actually got to see the President in Ft. Worth before he was assassinated in Dallas.  Her story of listening to his speech as a child was always inspiring to me.  The fact that she was a part of history is also pretty cool!  So there you have it!
