Green with Envy

Ever since Target started bringing in new clothing lines I feel like my collection has been growing.  I fell in love with this emerald green dress when I saw it on the rack and just had to have it (plus they were offering 20% off).  The dress reminds me so much of MDS stripes, the feel and way it is tiered is almost a dupe of the new iconic brand, but at a much better price.  I love the breezy feel, but to keep my shape from getting lost I decided to add a floral belt from another Target dress.  There is nothing better than borrowing from another piece to make a fun outfit!  Since I added a few pops of color I was able to tie it all together with this bright bamboo clutch that is way more budget-friendly than the Cult Gaia bags that seem to be the must-have item of summer yet again!

What I like most about this look is how easy it is to transition to different occasions.  It was perfect for work but also acceptable for lunch at The Crescent in Uptown!  The vibrant color makes a statement without being too bold and the fabric is great for tolerating this heat we have been having.  The material is light but still structured, and yes it also has pockets!  You could easily make this dress more causal by adding sandals and losing the belt if you wanted a more relaxed way to wear it.

If you want to shop this look where all items (except jewelry and sunglasses) are under $60.00 I have linked them for you below!  Happy Wednesday ALL!
